Position: Business Operation Specialist
Location: Remote (Mountain Time Zone - MST/MDT)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day (with flexibility post-training)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Operation Specialist to support our loan application process. The individual will be responsible for creating detailed business plans and fiscal year (FY) projections for loan applicants. These documents will be submitted to banks as part of the financing process.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive business plans and financial projections tailored to individual loan applications.

Conduct research and gather necessary financial and market data to strengthen proposals.

Prepare well-structured and professionally written documents that align with banking and financial industry requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and address feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure all documents adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Work with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook for documentation and communication.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling client financial data.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience working with a company.

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create structured and persuasive business documents.

Candidates with Experience in preparing financial projections, forecasts, and analysis will be given preferences.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Ability to work full-time (minimum 8 hours per day) with flexibility to extend shifts when required.

Adaptability to Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) working hours:

During the initial training period, availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST is required.

Post-training, flexible work hours are allowed, but the candidate must be available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon MST for team collaboration, assignments, and feedback sessions.
