Position- Executive Coach (Hybrid Role)
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Pay Rate: $200 - $250 per hour
Contract Duration: May 2025 - December 2026 (with the option to extend for another 4 years)
Employment Type: Contract (Hybrid - Remote/In-person)

We are currently seeking certified Executive Coaches who are passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential for one of our dedicated public sector clients in Edmonton.
Position Overview:
As an Executive Coach, you will partner with the Coachees—executive leaders participating in the program—to facilitate their growth and development. Your role will involve conducting one-on-one coaching sessions that emphasize self-discovery, accountability, and the creativity of each individual.
