Requirements
To develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
To source candidates through various channels, Including job board, social media and professional network.
Conduct reviews, assessments and screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training paperwork.
To provide guidance and support to employees on matters such as performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
To promote positive work environment.
Develop and implement performance management processes.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Prior working experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
