Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Consultant to create a more inclusive, diverse, accessible, and equitable work environment for one of our health care clients in GTA. As an EDI Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding, developing and implementing effective policies that promote equity, diversity, and inclusivity across all HR functions. It is a contract hybrid opportunity in GTA.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough assessment of existing HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Facilitate workshops or focus groups with HR staff, Executives, EDI committee, and other stakeholders

Recommend best practices in EDI relevant to our industry and incorporate them into our HR policies, procedures, and practices.

Provide a written report with a detailed EDI strategy, including short-term and long-term recommendations, training for all staff, and support and guidelines for implementation.

Offer training sessions for HR personnel on EDI principles and practices.
Requirements

Should have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in healthcare sector will be an asset
