Overview
The principal responsibility of the sales Coordinator (Inside Sales Executive) is to Manage Inbound & Outbound Telecalls, arrange meetings for Sales Team, and build a business with existing & onboard new Corporate & B2b Customers in assigned territory by Assisting the Corporate Sales Team.

Attending telephonic inquires

Line up meetings for the sales team
-
Calling new customers & existing customers for BD Activities.
-
Coordinating with the product manager & Assisting the Sales Team, Customers on product-related information such as stock availability, lead time and alternate options, etc.

Arranging samples for client meetings and follow up for sample collection between Sales Team, Customers, and WH Team and ensure timely closure of DC’s

Customer Master Data updating in Zoho CRM software application on daily basis.

Preparing Presentations, Commercial Proposals, and quotations to clients by coordinating with the Sales team and customers and then following up on Purchase Orders, Payments.

Payment follow-up - Coordinate between Accounts, Sales Team & Customers for timely payment collection as per commitments.

Coordination for Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Billing Activity, Customization, Delivery, Acknowledgments, Payment & Information updating in customer portals as per agreed terms.

SOP Guidelines to be followed in the assigned work area.

Sending daily reports to CSM / RSM / NSM

Achieving assigned Targets such as Calling, Customer Meetings, Sales Targets, Database updates, or any other points from time to time

Any other special assignments as applicable.

Requirements

He / She will be an initiative-taker with ample supplies of energy, enthusiasm, and ideas.

3-4 years relevant experience is a must
-
Good ability for Data Mining of probable customers from various sources.

To be good in MS Office and formulas such as VLOOKUP, Sum Functions, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Trend report, etc.

SAP Knowledge or any similar application knowledge is necessary. (Preferable)

Languages: English (Must) & knowledge of the regional language is necessary.

Strong numerical and administration skills

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

To be very presentable, ability to talk to senior people easily, good presentation skills

Corporate Customer database and market knowledge to start an immediate business.
