We are a leading HRTech and corporate training company, specializing in game-based learning solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage client accounts.
Responsibilities:

This role requires independent contribution with complete ownership and accountability.

Oversee client relationships, facilitator coordination, and learner engagement.

Ensure efficient project management, quality checks, and continuous improvements.

Personally manage large-scale projects with detailed planning and tracking.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling meetings, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Conduct regular audits and drive process improvements.

Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Requirements
-
5–7 years of experience managing large operations (e.g., BPOs).

Ability to independently manage projects with full ownership and accountability.

Excellent verbal and written English language.

Graduate in any discipline.
